The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid having value is specified and includes the following: 1. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) - 3% of the reserve price for one group, and for more than one group, 3% of EMD for each group. 2. Security - 15% of the discovered license fee, deposited in the following manner: - 3% EMD taken at the time of submission of the tender will be adjusted in the security. - 4% to be deposited within 48 hours of the allotment of the Group. - 5% to be deposited within 7 days of the allotment of a Group or by 31st March, 2025, whichever is earlier. - 3% to be deposited by 30th April, 2025. 3. Non-refundable participation fee - Rs. 5,00,000 (Rupees five Lakhs only) for each group. 5. Transfer fee - Rs. 10 lakh.
