The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 5 years. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated price of the particular works. - Or two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated price of the particular works. - Or one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated price of the particular works. The bidder should also provide information on their experience as a Prime Contractor, Partner in a Joint Venture, or Sub-Contractor, including the number of years of experience and the country where the work was carried out. Additionally, the bidder should provide details of their maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. For works above Rs 5.00 Crore, the bidder must provide a list of similar works completed, supported by performance certificates from the authority for whom the work was completed. The values of works can be updated to current price levels by enhancing the value of executed works at a simple rate of 8% per annum.
