Landscaping and Horticulture works at POLUR Railway station

Landscaping of area VRIDDHACHALM RAILWAY JUNCTION duly providing Korean Grass Carpet lawn (Size of carpet grass 3'x1' and of size as per site conditions) including excavation the earth and filling with manure and red earth for a depth of 0.15m, planting of different varieties. The border plants like foliage plant of 1 variety of colours and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Water alone supplied by Railway free of cost). The landscaping scheme arrangements making lawn, planting of border plants etc., should be get approved by the Engineer in Charge/his representative. Necessary tools and plants, labours, required, lawn, carpet, foliage plants for making border and fertilizer etc., to be arranged by the contractor only.(The rate is inclusive of maintenance activities such as watering and pruning the shrubs ,trimming of lawn by the contractor for a period of one year)

Supply and Planting of Various Colour varieties of croton plants, flower plants at VRI Station and staff colony necessary EW excavation to be done for planting of crotons to be done by the contractors including transportation of crotons from the necessary all materials and tools & plant to be borned by the contractor and the work to be executed as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
