The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed similar works during the last seven years, with specific options such as: i. Three similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 179.482 lakhs each, ii. Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 112.176 lakhs each, iii. One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 179.482 lakhs. The similar work constitutes experience in Construction of foot over bridge / Industrial Building works involving steel structural works, with not less than 90% of contract value completed. Additionally, the bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering construction, specifically having completed works of a similar nature in the last seven years. They must also provide information on the total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last three years, with a breakdown of the values for each year. For key personnel, the required prior work experience includes: 1. Project Manager: 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on NH/SH, bridge construction/maintenance works. 2. Site Engineer cum Surveyor Engineer cum Material Engineer: 5 years of experience on highway construction/maintenance works. The value of similar works completed includes options such as Rs. 179.482 lakhs and Rs. 112.176 lakhs. The percentage of similar works completed is not less than 90% of the contract value. The bidder is also required to invest a minimum of 25% of the value of the work towards working capital during the implementation of the contract.
