The bidder is required to have a total number of years of experience in Construction Work. They must also provide a list of similar works executed during the last 5 years. The bidder should have successfully completed civil work(s) valuing not less than Rs.219.54 Lakh (30% of the estimated cost, excluding GST) in any one financial year during the last 5 financial years. The completed work must cover at least one Drinking Water Treatment Plant with Rapid Gravity Filtration System (RGF) or Sewage Treatment Plant or Septage Treatment Plant or Intake Well or Elevated Service Reservoir / Ground Storage Reservoir of capacity not less than 1.0 lakh litre. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder is required to provide the total value of work executed (including GST) for each similar work. The bidder should have annual financial turnover of not less than Rs.292.72 Lakh (40% of the estimated cost, excluding GST) in any one financial year in Civil Construction Works during last 5 financial years. Weightage @ 10% per year shall be given on the value of the completed work in the preceding years. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 731.79 lakh (Excluding GST), and the bidder's available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding should be more than this amount.
