Orissa Construction Corporation Limited Tender

The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of value not less than Rs.221.34 Crore, which is 40% of the proposed contract value, in the last 10 years prior to the financial year of invitation of tender. The work should be completed as a prime contractor or authorized sub-contractor, with a completion rate of not less than 80% of the original contract value. A weightage of 10% per year shall be given on the cost of satisfactorily completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level. Additionally, the bidder is required to have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each partner in the last five years. The bidder needs to provide details of works or committed contracts, clients who may be contacted for further information on those contracts, and the total monetary value of construction work performed by each partner during the last five years.
