The required prior work experience can be fulfilled by completing: - 3 works at 20% of the work estimated cost, with each work valued at not less than Rs. 115.80 Lakh - 2 works at 25% of the work estimated cost, with each work valued at not less than Rs. 144.75 Lakh - 1 work at 40% of the work estimated cost, with the work valued at not less than Rs. 231.60 Lakh Additionally, the bidder should have substantially completed 90% of the value of works of similar nature in the last Five years. The bidder should also have an average financial turnover of last 5 years at 50% of the estimated cost, which is 50% of 579.00 lakh INR, and availability of liquid assets/credit facilities.
