The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of value not less than Rs.61.40 Crore, which is 40% of the proposed contract value, at the financial year 2025-26 price level in the last 10 years prior to the FY of invitation of tender. The similar work should be completed as a prime contractor or authorized sub-contractor with not less than 80% of the original contract value. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 92.10 Crore in all types of Civil Engineering construction work only, at the FY 2025-26 price level, in any one financial year from FY 2020-21 to FY 2024-25, which is one and half times the estimated annualized cost of the tender. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the amount put to tender, which is Rs. 153,41,69,241.00, calculated based on their maximum value of turnover in any one year during the last five years, updated by giving 10% simple weightage per year to bring it to the present price level. The bidder is also required to submit details of similar nature of works executed, works in hand, and details of machinery and equipment proposed to be deployed for the works. A weightage of 10% per year shall be given on the cost of satisfactorily completed works of previous years and financial turnover of previous years to bring them to the current price level. Similar work includes: I. Barrage/ Weir/ ISS/ Spillway/Concrete Dams II. Major Railway and Road Bridges over river, III. Aqueduct / Canal Syphon / Drainage under tunnel / Super Passage / Surplus Escape in main canals.
