The value of similar works completed is Rs.108.15 lakh, which is 50% of the estimated cost. The minimum annual turnover required is Rs. 216.30 Lakh. The bidder's bid capacity should be more than the estimated cost of the work, which is Rs. 216.30. The percentage of similar works completed is 50% of the estimated cost. The required prior work experience also includes employing certain engineering personnel and furnishing their bio-data. The bidder should also provide information on existing commitments and ongoing works.
