The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having executed works worth 50% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding eight years. The bidder should have completed or substantially completed similar projects during the last eight years, with details such as name of the employer, project location, agreement amount, start and completion dates, and year-wise expenditure. For specific categories, the required prior work experience includes: - Road Works: 90% of the component - Bridge Works: 90% of the component - Building Works: 90% of the component - Irrigation works: - Structural work: 90% of the component - Earth, Canal & Embankment work: 90% of the component - P.H. Work: - Structural work: 90% of the component - Pipeline Work: 70% of the component, Machinery & Other material: 20% of the component - Sewer Line: 70% of the component, Machinery & Other material: 20% of the component The bidder should have a minimum of 5% of the component value in similar works. Additionally, for those bidding for more than one work or work costing more than Rs.5.00 crores, the bidder must demonstrate having annual turnover, bid capacity, and works experience as per specified clauses in aggregate. The intending tender(s) should not have abandoned any work of similar nature, nor should their contract have been rescinded during the last five years.
