The required prior work experience for the bidder is in similar nature of work. Specifically, the bidder needs to have completed works that are similar in nature to the work being tendered, with details to be provided in Format-I. The bidder should have prior work experience of at least 40% of the estimated cost put to tender during any one financial year in the last preceding five years, excluding the current financial year. The annual turnover requirement is a minimum of 200% of the annual payment of the work put to tender. Additionally, the total financial turnover in respect of civil engineering works should be at least 60% of the amount put to tender during any one financial year of the last preceding five financial years. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except for the requirement of 40% of the estimated cost for similar nature of work. The estimated cost of the work is between Rs. 302.59 Lakhs to Rs. 478.79 Lakhs. The bidder should also have a total financial turn over in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than 60% of the amount put to tender during any year of the last preceding five financial years.
