The required prior work experience for the bidder includes a total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last three years, with specific values for each year. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 80.46 lakhs each - Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 100.58 lakhs each - One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 160.92 lakhs The similar work should constitute experience in construction of 4/6 lane Expressways/National Highways/State Highways. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works during the last seven years, with a completion of at least 90% of the contract value. The bidder should not have abandoned any work on National Highways in India, nor should any contract awarded to them for such works have been rescinded, during the last five years prior to the date of the bid. The required prior work experience for key technical personnel includes: - Project Manager: 5 years as Project Manager on NH/SH, bridge construction/maintenance works - Site Engineer cum Surveyor Engineer: 5 years on highway construction/maintenance works - Material Cum Quality Control Engineer: 5 years on highway construction/maintenance works The bidder is required to submit information on existing commitments and ongoing works, with details of the description of works, place and state, contract number, value of contract, and stipulated period of completion. The bidder should also provide information on works for which bids have been submitted and accepted, with details of the description of works, place and state, name and address of employer, date of issue of letter of acceptance, value given in the letter of acceptance, and stipulated period for completion. The bid capacity calculation includes Assessed Available Bid capacity = (A* N* 2.5 - B), where A and B are values in Rs. lakh, and N is 0.25. The bidder is required to invest a minimum of 25% of the value of the work towards working capital during the implementation of the contract.
