Operation and maintenance of new swimming pool Pressure filter (02 Nos), 20HP centrifugal pump sets (03 Nos), chemical dosing plant (01 No) various sizes of sluice valves, cleaning of dosing plants, cleaning of fungus and removing the floating materials from swimming pool, cleaning of aeriators, back wash the filter in each shift , cutting and removing of vegetations in and around pool area by 02 Mate FGM (Semi-Skilled) in first and second shift including sundays and holidays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. No of Shifts :- 02 (Two) 1st Shift Timing :- 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs 2nd shift timing :- 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs Note :- (a) Rate is deemed to be inclusive of maintenance of surrounding areas by cutting and removing of vegetations and removing the materials (b) Emergency light, tools and consumable items shall be provided by contractor for smooth functioning of installations. (c) The contractor has to supply uniform to their employees for wearing during the working hours. The parten of the uniform shall be decided by the Engr-in-Charge. (d) The rate considered is deemed to include the cost towards maintenance of hygenic condition in the around the installation. The department will not take any resposible towards the health of staff. (e) Maintain the log sheets and relevant documents.

Operation and maintenance of 12.5 HP Non clog submerssible pump (04 Nos), various sizes of sluice valves and 45 KVA DG Set (01 No), at sewage pump house by employing 01 Mate FGM (Semi Skilled) in general shift of 08 Hrs including sundays and holidays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. General Shift Timing :- 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs Note:- (a) Rate is deemed to be inclusive of maintenance of surrounding areas by cutting and removing of vegetations and removing the materials debris upto 50mtr . (b) Emergency light, tools and consumable items shall be provided by contractor for smooth functioning of installations. (c) The contractor has to supply uniform to their employees for wearing during the working hours. The parten of the uniform shall be decided by the Engr-in-Charge. (d) The rate considered is deemed to include the cost towards maintenance of hygenic condition in the around the installation.
