Table dining 8 Per's (Drg No. FD/MAP-II/03) : The overall size of the table shall be 2100x900x760mm. The table top shall be of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade confroming,exterior qulity as per IS:14587:1998. All woodwork shall be of 1st class teakwood of specie tectona grandies conforming to IS-1331:1971 free from dead knots and moisture content as permissible as per IS-287. 6mm thick TW lipping shall be provided on all the exposed of MDF Duly treated with french polish as specified. Powder coated MS angular plates each of 150mmx30mmx5mm thick shall be screwed to the legs as right angles with long rails and short rails. Hard nylon shoes/buffers shall be provided to each leg bottom.

Table Center : As per TP pattern

Table 900 x 600 x 760 mm with drawer wooden (Drg No. FD - 283) : (a) The overall size of the table shall be 900x600x760mm. (b) The table top shall be of 18mm thick pre-laminated Particle board exterior grade conforming IS-12823=1990 to Grade I Exterior quality & type-Il (PLMDF-12 Designation) as per (Reaffirmed 2003). (c) The front portion of drawers shall be 18mm thick pre-laminated Particle board, onforming to Gde-l Type Il (PLMDF-12-l) in terms of IS-14587:1998 (Reaffirmed-2003). (d) The sides & back of drawers shall be 12mm thick plain MDF board, conforming to Gde-l(SBG-l) in terms of IS-12406-2003 irrespective to whatever shown on drg. (d)The Plain/Prelaminated MDF board shall conform to the specific requirements given for ECO-MARK under relavant clauses of the std. (e) All woodwork shall be be of 1st class teakwood of specie Tectona Grandis conforming to IS-1331:1971 free from dead knots and moisture content as permissible as per IS-287. (f) Powder coated MS angular plates each of 150mmx30mmx5mm thick shall be screwed to the legs at right angles with long rails and short rails. (g) PVC hard rubber shoe shall be provided for each leg. (h) The drawers shall be fitted on 1.6mm thick powder quoted telescopic channels with proper packing if required. (j) Rest all as per drg & as specified.

Receptical PVC (Drg No. FD/E6/MAP/13) : All as shown on drawing. Overall size Receptical shall be of capacity 20 ltr . The body of receptical PVC shall be made up of thick polymet plastic of thickness not less than 2.5mm provided with swivel lid and iron handles on both sides as shown in drg. Make Cello, TUPPERWARE or AMKO equivalent as shown in drg.

Bath stool PVC (Drg No. FD/E6/MAP/07) : All as shown on drg and specification. Bath stool PVC shall be 400mm L x 300mm W x 250mm H.The bath stool PVC shall be made up of 5mm thick PPCP m,aterial. The bath stool PVC shall have centre leg of dia 25mm. The four leg shall be in arc shape and of size 10 mm x 100mm. The top of the bath stool shall have 3mm x 10mm thick stiffner molded along with the seat in single pieace underneath. Make AMKO/Cello Brite.

Table dressing Gents with Mirror (Drg No. FD/E6/MAP/16) : Overall size shall be 1200mm high, 600mm wide and 100mm high. All wood to be used shall be 1st calss hard teak wood. It shall be made up of BWR plywood of grade-A of specified thikness as per drg in lieu of prelaminated particle board. 1mm thick laminated sheet be pasted on all exterior surface with marine grade adhesive including 6mm thik teak wood beading shall be provided alround the edges of shutters and drawers. Looking mirror shall be 5mm thick fixed inside the teak wood frame made out of 38mmx25mm section. 03x glass shelves of 5mm thickness shall be fixed inside the box with glass holders as shown in drg. Rest all specification and dimensions are as per drg. Preparation of surfaces shall be polish in high gloss melamine polish.

Side Board (Drg No. FD - 241) : (a) The overall size of the side board shall be 1025x450x750mm. (b) Top, sides, shutters and bottom shall be of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle Board, Ext grade l/Type Il conforming to IS: 12823 along with 4mm thick teakwood edging to be provided (c) Four Drawers shall be provided at equal spaces. (d) Powder quoted MS handle 02 Nos of size 100mm long to be provided to two doors each. (e) Two catch spring shall be provided to the shutters. (f) 75mm high skirting shall be provided of 19mm thick teakwood. (g) All exposed wooden surfaces shall be French polished to attain glossy finish. (h) Rest all as per drg & all as specified.

Chair Dining PVC (Drg No. FD/MAP-II/05) : All woodwork shall be of 1st class teakwood of special Tectona Grandis conforming to IS-1331:1971 free from knots and cracks shall be used with moisture content permissible as per IS:287:1973. The seat shall be PVC 4mm thick visible like Godrej pattern with 4x10mm thick ribs moulded alongwith seat in single piece screwed with seat frame as shown in drawing. Nylon buffers of appropriate size to bew provided to all the four legs of the chair. All exposed wooden surface shall be smootherned before applying french polish till it attains glossy finish. All joints fixing shall be fixed with bamboo pins and nails shall not be used. Rest all as per drgs or as specified.

Table Writing (Drg No.FD-275): All as shown on drg and specification.(a) The overall size of the table shall be 1150x600x760mm. (b) The table top and cabinet below drawer shall be of 18mm thick pre-laminated MDF board exterior grade conforming IS-12823=1990 to Grade I Exterior quality & type-Il (PLMDF-12 Designation) as per IS:14587:1998 (Reaffirmed 2003).(c) The sides & back of drawers shall be 12mm thick plain MDF board, conforming to Gde-l(SBG-l) in terms of IS-124062003 irrespective to whatever shown on drg.(d)The Plain/Prelaminated MDF board shall conform to the specific requirements given for ECO-MARK under relavant clauses of the std. Table Bed Side (Drg No. FD/E6/MAP/15(R): All as per drg and specification tlimber 1.8 mm BWP Plywood 12mm for side back and drawer and 6mm plywood MDF for bottom of drawer and back side. Legs shall be n 18 Sqmm condult pipe 1.6mm thick black powder coated paint 18/19mm pre laminated MDF board of exterior grade IS-12823 beaded with PVC beading for side and top. All exposed partion shall be polished with french polish in high gloss finish. Rest all as per drg.

Chair Easy with cushioned (Drg No.FD-358) : All as shown on drg and specification.(a) Overall size of chair easy shall be as per drg. (b) All work work shall be first class hard wood season teak. (c) All joints fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship and specifications. (d) All wood work and teak veneered surface shall be French Polish except where except where painting is indicated in Drg. (e) Seat up back shall be 75 & 50th respectively synthetic foam (make - Sleepwell / Kurlon) of 28 Density fixed over wooded frame and it shall be covered by latherite cover as per directed by Engineer In Charge. (f) Rest all as per Drg or directed by Engr-in-charge.

Table Dressing Ladies With Mirror (Drg No. FD/MAP-II/07) : The overall size of the table dressing shall be 1150mm long 380mm wide and 1700mm high and Overall size of the stool shall be 440mm wide. It shall be made up of BWR plywood of grade-A of specified thickness as per drg in lieu of prelaminated particle board.1mm thick laminated sheet shall be pasted on all exterior surface with marine garde adhesive including 6mm thick teak wood beading shall be provided alround the edges of shutters and drawers. Drawers shall be provided with 2x Nos of inch long stainless steel telescopic channels.Drawer and shutter shall be provided with 90mm long recessed metal handles and shutter to be provieded with magnetic catches. Looking mirror shall be 5mm thick electro copper plated fixed over 6mm thick plywood back. 4x Nos heavy duty double wheel castors shall be provided at bass ply. The seat of the stool shall be 75mm thick, 40 density foam cushion covered with best quality tapestry cloth of rate not less than 450 per mtr rest all specification and dimesions are as per drg

Teapoy (Drg No. FD-382) : All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 600mm long ,450mm wide and 540mm high. All wood to be used shall be 1st class hard teak wood ,irrespectiv of what is shown on drg,the top of table shall be 18mm thick BWR plywood of grade A with 1mm thick laminated sheet pasted over the ply withmarine grade adhesive and all edges of top shall be covered with 6mm thick teak wood beading and center stiffner of size 20x40mm shall be provided at center of side bottom rails for extra support.PVC hard rubber shoe of 25mm dia shall also be provided to bottom of each leg with 20mm long screw . Rest all specification and dimentions are as per drg.All wooden surface shall be polised with high gloss melamine polish in walnut shade after preparation os surfaces.
