Supplying, Printing and fixing of Fabric Based Frontlit Flex on Retail Outlet hoardings or suitable specified places of the corporation anywhere in the sales area of Bhubaneswar & Sambalpur DO. Specification - Substrate (Media)100% PVC Free , Synthetic Polyster or Nylon based Fabric, Black back material of minimum weight190 GSM and minimum thickness 0.20 mm. UV cured laminated on printing side. Seamable, Noncracking, Durable, scratch & water resistant after printing, of Approved make (STAR-Korean, Sunstar ,SENFA, Technova, Sunlex, Megasign, or equivalent reputed brand duly approved by IOCL).Minimum 480 DPI printing Solvent Digital Printing, guaranteed against specified resolution and fading for at least 3 months from the date of installation. Fixing of banners on Retail Outlet Hoarding/other structure, providing all necessary glues/bonds/clits/hardwires required for fixing/pasting/tieing/sewing of the Hoarding Banners(Providing and fixing of necessary piping or tieing rope for fixing of banners on hoardings shall be included in this item and is in scope of contractor).Rates to be quoted including all taxes except GST.

VINYL STICKERS( on Sun board): Supply, printing, transportation and fixing of laminated ecosolvant Vinyl (LG/Avery or equivalent) Printed sun board of 3 mm thickness work. The work includes supply of all materials & Labour, binding wire etc No fold, kinks, uneven surfaces. joints will be considered. Party should also give warranty for the material printing & fixing for the minimum 6 months from the date of 100% completion of work, warranty includes de-colouring & fading also. Photograph of the eco-solvant vinyl printed sunboard of 3mm thickness after fixing is to be submitted.

STANDEE/ Flex with iron frame : Supply, printing, transportation and fixing/Installation of flex on standees with frame shall have square MS pipes of min size 20mm duly painted with one coat of zinc cromate primer & two coats of Black synthetic enamel paint of approved make (ASIAN BERGER or equivalent duly approved by IOCL only). The frame should be firm and should be able to withstand the wind loads and the rates are inclusive of the design of frame structure, transportation etc. The Fixing of flex messages should be firmed & should not be loose & uneven and should withstand the natural vagaries.
