HYDROTESTING, HAMMER TESTING and VISUAL INSPECTION: Hydrotesting, Hammer testing and visual inspection of all LPG Liquid and LPG vapor pipelines of different sizes ranging from 0.5 inch to 8 inch including carousel underground pipeline. LPG Liquid & Vapour Pipelines provided at TLD Area inclusive of Unloading arms of all bays, PPH Area, PPH Manifold Area, Storage Vessels including 3 Bullets and 1 Horton Sphere Area, Adjoining Pipeline, Filling shed Area, 425 Kg shed Area which includes 5 Kg Filling facility,47.5 Kg Filling Facility & 425 Kg Filling Facility etc., Degassing shed Area, Canteen Cylinder Bank Job includes depressuring of Pipelines, degassing of pipelines, making arrangement for hydrotesting at suitable points, providing dummy flanges for hydrotesting, making arrangement for filling water in pipeline, draining after hydrotesting and reconnection of pipelines inclusive of all mechanical works as required at site.Water will be provided by IOCL. (As per OISD 144)

Ultrasonic Thickness testing: Checking Thickness of pipeline externally with suitably calibrated Ultrasonic thickness tester. Ploting thickness survey on an isometric sketch. (As per OISD 130)

DYE PENETRATION testing/Magnetic particle testing on the welding joints in the Pipeline. (As per OISD 130)
