DCS, ESD, GDS & FDAS System (ICSS) (MCR) SRR - 819 – Additional tank Alkylate, MS and PCK: As per supply requisition which includes as a minimum: - Supply of all hardware and Software, required for the ICSS modification Job in (MCR) SRR-819 including corrosion monitor for new extension of (MCR) SRR-819. - FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) - Installation, Integration of hardware/software with DCS and to establish data communication system ESD/GDS/FDAS system - Required Software for new installation (if any). - Complete engineering which includes submission of datasheet/drawing / documentation and O&M Manuals. - Upgradation of Software license if any, additional SCADA points if any, augmentation of work stations / servers storage capacity, if any - Power on pre-SAT and SAT - Mandatory spares as per annexure 1 - Pre-commissioning /Commissioning /Start-up activities (Spares as per System vendor recommendation) - Warranty of the supplied items -Third party inspection -Communication system between control system and other system & 3rd party interfaces -Set of special Tools for installation, testing and Commissioning -Set of spare parts for pre-commissioning / start-up as per Vendor Recommendation -Documentation including certification purpose & 1 Lot customs clearance -Packing and Marking -Freight Charges

Supervision of Post Commissioning (Refer Note: 5 above) Per diem charges for upto 8 hours work on normal working days
