Bid Capacity Required = EMD + (5% of Tendered Value) + (2.5% of Tendered Value) Where: - EMD = Rs. 50,57,114/- - Tendered Value = Total estimated cost (which would be the bid amount) Additionally, for specific packages, the bid capacity required is related to the estimated costs and the minimum eligibility criteria, which include the value of similar completed works. For example: - For PACKAGE-C2 (DG SET), the criteria are: - Three similar works ≥ 3.91 Lakhs each - Two similar works ≥ 5.87 Lakhs each - One similar work ≥ 7.82 Lakhs - For Part ‘C’- 212, the similar work shall mean "SITC of down comer Fire Fighting system” with value not less than: - Rs. 14.58 Lakhs - OR - One similar completed work of value not less than Rs. 19.45 Lakhs The cost of work shall mean gross value of the completed work including cost of material supplied by the Government/Client but excluding those supplied free of cost. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bid.
