Labour only for cutting existing GI pipe/ms plates of any size complete all as directed and running welding in repair to metal n. exc 6 mm thick , etc complete all as specified and as directed.( Note :- ALL welding material deemed in quated rates )

Opening completely pressure filter of capacity 10000 gallons per hour and taking out existing filter media (sand, gravels) and nozzles, removing filter media to a distancenot exceeding 50 mtr and nozzles to MES store yard including necessary repair/welding to make the pressure filter vessels completely leak proof for improving strength and finally reassembling the pressure filter including re-fixing the old serviceable nozzles in position duly cleaned etc complete all as specified and as directed.(Note-Filter media will be issued and paid seprately)

Opening completely Bed filter (New Building )of capacity 40000 gallons per hour and taking out existing filter media (sand, gravels) etc , removing filter media to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr necessary repair work to make the bed filter completely leak proof for improving strength and finally reassembling the bed filter duly cleaned etc complete all as specified and as directed.(Note-Filter media will be issued and paid seprately)

M&L for cleaning of old painted internal surfaces of pressure filter by scrapping and applying two coats of black bituminuos anti corrossive paint suitable for drinking purpose etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing old painted external steel/iron surfaces of pressure filter by scrapping and applying two coats of aluminium paint(1st grade) over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and as directed.(Make of paint: Asian/ Berger/Jonson & Nicolson/Nerolac/ Salimar )

Cleaning and washing of old gravel here in before with portable water, removing all impurities including screening in to different sizes and refilling the same into the existing pressure filter in layers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC nozzles strainers of size as per existing one (push/ thread type ) complete all as speified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge( Make: PHI / REMCO or equivalent as approved by GE )

Supply and filling of new gravels of size 65/33mm, 20/33mm and 13/6mm in layers and filling upto 75cm from bottom of nozzles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling of chemical Ferriminex (MNO2) of size 1/8" x 1/10" as filter media for existing filtration / iron removal plant, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling of SAND (collection source BARAKAR river bank), as filter media for iron removal plant in layers upto 45 cm height above gravel layer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Renewal of of worn out / damaged gasket of suitable size including bolts, nuts and washers of manhole cover etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Rough excavation to river sand for divert water flow 8.5 mt wide,1.5 mtr depth & 45 mtr length etc and getting out in soft/loose soil at water point at RMS complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : JCB entry and exit from civil areashall be responsibility of contractor

Removal of surplus soil n;exc 50 mtr and deposited where as directed at a level n;exc 1.5 m above starting point river sand for divert water flow 8.5 mt wide,1.5 mtr depth & 45 mtr length etc and getting out in soft/loose soil at water point at RMS and Removing excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
