The following job work is urgently reqd for repairs/maintenance of the above veh under GE Shillong:- VEHICLE - TATA INDIGO, BA NO. - 18B - 130178A (i) Taking out head assembly for repairing of engine heat including by replacement of 01 No. Head gasket, 01 No. Water pump assembly, 01 No. Water pump joint, 01 No. coolant temparature sensor, 01 No. Anabond, 01 No. Coolant tank, 02 ltr. Coolant, 05 ltrs. distilled water, 01 No. Knock sensor, 01 No. timing sensor, 01 No. Fan belt, 05 ltrs. Mobil oil, 01 No. Mobil filter, 01 No. Air filter, 01 No. petrol filter, including head facing work etc. and refitting completely including testing. (ii) Complete dismantling of self starter assembly and removing unserviceable spares, repair the same by replacing, 01 No. self armature, 01 No. Self bendix, 01 Set carbon, 02 Nos. Bush and assembling all properly and complete including testing. (iii) Repair to wheel sound repairing by replacement of 02 Nos. Knuckle assy. Both side, 02 Nos. wheel bearing and complete fitting including testing. (iv) Repair to radiator assy. Including welding and radiator cleaning and replacement of 02 Nos. radiator hose pipe and testing all complete. (v) Taking out defective drive shaft assy. From both side and replacing 01 No. Left drive shaft and 01 No. right side drive shaft and complete fitting with testing. (vi) Repair to A.C. system and A.C. gas refilling including proper testing and assembling. (vii) Repair to complete wiring system by replacement of 02 Nos. head light bulb, 01 Set horn, 01 No. Horn cut out, 01 No. Back gear switch , 02 Nos. back light holder, 02 Nos. D/P bulb, 05 Nos. Fuse and complete including testing. Sch of Credit Rs. 1750.00 will be deducted from the quoted rate.
