CONSTRUCTION OF BARRACK ACCOMADATION FOR SECURITY PERSONNEL AT MOREH,MANIPUR a. Tenderer must quote %age "Above" or "Below" or "At Par" to the estimated cost of the work in ''Section XI'' in tender documents, failing which the bid shall become invalid. b. The Tenderer is required to execute any other item which is included in CPWD DSR-2016 and is essential for the successful completion of project, but not figuring in the BOQ at the Accepted Rates. c. Rates quoted by the bidder shall be all inclusive and deemed to be inclusive of all types of taxes, duties and levies imposed by Central/State Govt. and local bodies such as IGST/CGST/SGST/UTGST, Compensation Cess, Labour Cess, Custom Duty, royalties, and other levies. No additional amount shall be paid or claim be entertained on these acount by Employer/Engineer.
