The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the bidder must have completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. Each non-lead member of the Joint Venture (JV) must have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed during the last 07 years, one similar single work for a minimum of 10% of the advertised value of the tender. The values and percentages mentioned are 30%, 40%, 60%, and 10% of the advertised value of the tender or each component of the tender. The amount of Rs 50 lakh is also mentioned, but it is related to the subletting of work, where no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required.
