The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * For works without composite components: - The bidder must have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed during the last 07 (seven) years, one similar single work for a minimum of 10% of advertised value of the tender. * For works with composite components: - Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of each component of tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of each component of tender. - One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of each component of tender. * For subcontractors: - The subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% value of work to be subletted, in last 5 years. No specific prior work experience is required for the bidder for tenders having a value up to Rs 50 lakh.
