The bidder should have a minimum annual turnover of 75% of the tender amount in the last 5 years and should have completed similar works with a value of at least 75% of the tender amount for tenders above 50 Lakh. The bidder's prior work experience is assessed based on the maximum value of engineering works executed in anyone year during the last Five years, updated to the price level of the year indicated in Appendix. MPM: 1694.92 Square Meter 7. Carpet and Sealcoat: 194.92 Square Meter The bidder should have prior work experience in similar type of work and magnitude, and should have completed works in all classes of civil engineering construction works during the last five years. The bidder should have completed at least 80% of the estimated cost of similar works. The bidder should deploy key personnel on the contract, including a Project In-charge with a minimum qualification of B.E./B. Tech. Civil and 10 years of experience. The frequency of attendance should be full-time.
