The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to the completion of civil engineering works, specifically EPC Projects. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 20% of the Estimated Project Cost. For requirement of 2.2.2.2 (ii) & (iii), one similar work of 20% of Estimated Project Cost should have been completed from the Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/or Category 3 individually by any of the JV members as a single work. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in construction of Eligible Project(s) with a sum total of more than Rs. 604.59 crore over the past 5 financial years. Additionally, for normal highway projects, the bidder should have completed at least one similar work of 20% of the Estimated Project Cost, which is Rs. 120.92 crore. The project is considered completed if more than 90% of the value of work has been completed, and the completed value of work is equal to or more than 20% of the estimated project cost. The eligible projects include widening/reconstruction/up-gradation works on NH/SH/Expressway, MDRs, and construction of stand-alone bridges, ROBs, tunnels, among others. In case of a Joint Venture, the Lead Member shall meet at least 60% requirement of Bid Capacity, Technical and Financial Capacity, and each of other JV members shall meet at least 20% requirement of Bid Capacity, Technical and Financial Capacity individually. The bidder should have a minimum Average Annual Turnover of Rs. 90.69 Crore for the last 5 financial years. Receipts of or work executed amount less than Rs. 30.23 Crore shall not be reckoned as receipts for Eligible Projects. The categories of experience that qualify as Technical Capacity include project in highways sector, project in core sector, construction in highways sector, and construction in core sector, with weights of 1, 0.75, 1, and 0.75 respectively. The value of similar works completed should be at least Rs. 120.92 crore, which is 20% of the Estimated Project Cost. The percentage of equity shareholding for Categories 1 and 2 should be specified. The bidder should provide details of their experience, including project code, category, experience, technical experience, payments received for construction of Eligible Projects, and value of self-construction in Eligible Projects. The threshold technical capacity for each member of a joint venture is specified as 20 percent or more.
