The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to Eligible Projects in Categories 1, 2, 3, and 4. For Categories 1 and 2, the bidder should have experience in development of the project and/or revenues appropriated, with an estimated capital cost exceeding a specified amount. For Categories 3 and 4, the bidder should have experience in construction, with payments made/received exceeding a minimum specified amount. The value and percentage of similar works completed are calculated based on the Experience Score, which is arrived at by multiplying the amount in the Experience column by an applicable factor. The sum total of certain columns is restricted to a ceiling equivalent to the Estimated Project Cost. Specifically, for "Group A" Bidders, the Technical Capacity requires that the bidder have paid for, or received payments for, construction of Eligible Project(s), and/or paid for development of Eligible Project(s) in Category 1 and/or Category 2, and/or collected and appropriated revenues from Eligible Project(s) in Category 1 and/or Category 2, such that the sum total of the above is more than Rs. 131.92 Crore. At least one fourth of the Threshold Technical Capability (Rs. 131.92 Crore) shall be from the Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/or Category 3, which is Rs. 32.98 Crore. The percentage of similar works completed is at least 25% from the Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/or Category 3. The required Financial Capacity for "Group A" Bidders is a minimum Net Worth of Rs. 50.48 Crore, and for "Group B" Bidders, it is a minimum Net Worth of Rs. 100.96 Crore and an average annual turnover of not less than two times the Estimated Project Cost of Phase I, which is Rs. 263.84 Crore.
