The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works in the highways sector or core sector. The bidder should have completed at least one similar Major Bridge/ROB/Flyover project in the last 10 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date, with a span equal to or greater than 50% of the longest span of the structure proposed in this project, and the cost of such similar project shall be at least 20% of the Estimated Project Cost, i.e., Rs. 29.70 Crore. For Categories 1 and 2, the bidder should provide expenditure on construction of the project by itself, but only in respect of projects having an estimated capital cost exceeding the specified amount. The capital cost of the project should be more than 5% of the amount specified as the Estimated Project Cost. The entity claiming experience shall have undertaken the construction of the project for an amount equal to at least one half of the Project Cost of eligible projects. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 20% of the Estimated Project Cost. One similar work of 20% of the Estimated Project Cost should have been completed from the Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/or Category 3 individually by any of the JV members as a single work. Additionally, for Categories 3 and 4, payments received only in respect of construction should be provided, but only if the amount received exceeds the minimum specified amount, which is Rs. 7.42 Crore. The bidder should have received payments from its client(s) for construction works executed, fully or partially, with amounts (gross) actually received/work executed during the 5 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date. The bidder should also have a minimum Net Worth and provide details as per the specified format. The bidder's available BID capacity should be more than the total BID value, calculated as (A*N*2.5 – B + C), where A is the maximum value of civil engineering works excluding bonus, B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works, and C is the amount of bonus received. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of more than the specified amount in the last 5 years. The bidder should have a minimum Local Content in the Project Highway of at least 50% or 20%. The bidder's technical capacity and experience should be demonstrated by receiving payments for construction of Eligible Project(s) or undertaking construction works in a PPP project, with a sum total of more than the specified amount over the past 5 financial years. The project shall be considered completed if more than 90% of the value of work has been completed, and such completed value of work is equal to or more than 20% of the Estimated Project Cost. The experience for each category would be computed based on the following factors: - Project in highways sector: 1 - Project in core sector: 0.75 - Construction in highways sector: 1 - Construction in core sector: 0.75 The bidder must certify that in the last two years, they or any of their Joint Venture (JV) partners have not failed to perform works for Expressways, National Highways, or other similar projects, as evidenced by the imposition of a penalty or termination by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways or its implementing agencies.
