The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar nature of works over the last seven years. This includes experience as a Project Manager, Site Engineer cum Surveyor Engineer, and Material cum Quality Control Engineer on highway construction/Maintenance works, with at least 5 years of experience in each role. The bidder should have completed contracts of a similar nature, complexity, and requiring similar construction technology to the contract for which the Bidder wishes to qualify, during the last seven years. Specifically, the bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed within the last five years a similar work costing not less than an amount equal to 60% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 2.06 Crore (60% of Rs. 3.43 Crore). Alternatively, the bidder can provide evidence of having completed two similar works costing not less than 40% each of the estimated cost, or three similar works costing not less than 30% each of the estimated cost. The bidder should also have experience in construction of Bridge Works with pile foundations, well foundations, and flyovers and grade separated interchanges. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum of 10% of the Estimated Project Cost as the value of work completed. In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder should have: - At least 60% of the estimated cost (Rs. 2.06 Crore) for one similar completed work - At least 40% each of the estimated cost for two similar completed works - At least 30% each of the estimated cost for three similar completed works - A minimum of 10% of the Estimated Project Cost as the value of work completed - An annual turnover of a certain amount, with specific amounts mentioned for each year from 2019-20 to 2023-24, both from all sources and from civil construction alone - A minimum amount of Rs. 0.35 Crore, which is 30% of the Estimated Project Cost, as financial means to meet the construction cash flow requirements.
