The bidder's prior work experience as a prime contractor, or work performed in the past as a nominated subcontractor, will be considered, provided the subcontract involved execution of all main items of work described in the bid document. This experience should be in works of a similar nature over the last five years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed during the last five years as a prime contractor of at least one similar work, such as major Civil Works For Solid Waste Management Plant or of similar nature, of value not less than Rs. 180 Lakhs. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed at least two similar works of value not less than Rs. 136 Lakhs each, or at least three similar works of value not less than Rs. 90 Lakhs each. In terms of specific items of work, the bidder should have executed in any one year, a minimum quantity of 400 Cum of Ready Mix Concrete and 40 MT of TMT Rebar. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except for the 10% weightage given to financial turnover and cost of completed works of previous works to bring them to 2022-23 price level, and 10% of the contract value for access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources facilities, and 25% of the contract value for investment.
