The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Project manager: B.E. (Civil) + 10 Years Exp. (5 Years as Manager) - Site Engineer: B.E. (Civil) + 7 Years Exp. (Min 5 Years in Road Construction) - Plant Engineer: B.E. (Mech) + 5 Years Exp. or Dip. (Mech) + 7 Years Exp. - Quantity Surveyor: B.E (Civil) + 5 Years Exp. or Dip. (Civil) + 7 Years Exp. - Quality Control Engineer: B.E (Civil) + 5 Years Exp. - Survey Engineer: B.E (Civil) + 3 Years Exp. or Dip. (Civil) + 5 Years Exp. The bidder should have completed similar works with the following requirements: - At least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the amount put to tender, - At least two similar works of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender, - At least three similar works of value not less than 40% of the amount put to tender. The bidder must have executed a minimum quantity of work, approximately 30% of the tendered quantity, in any one year during the last five years. The minimum quantities of work required are: 1. Steel Reinforcement: 184 M.T. 2. M-10: 208 Cum 3. M-20 (Raft): 356 Cum 4. M-20 (Pardi): 1070 Cum 5. M-20 (Slab): 505 Cum The bidder should also have achieved a maximum annual financial turnover of not less than 1795.00 lakh in any one year during the last five years.
