The required prior work experience for the bidder includes total value of Civil Engineering construction work performed in the last five years, with specific values required for each year. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, in the last five years, at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 1300 Lakhs, or at least two similar works of value not less than Rs. 800 Lakhs each, or at least three similar works of value not less than Rs. 650 Lakhs each. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the financial turnover and cost of completed works of previous works shall be given weightage of 10% per year based on rupee value to bring them to 2022-23 price level. The bidder should also provide evidence of access to line(s) of credit and availability of other financial resources facilities, which is 10% of the contract value, and undertake to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the contract value of work during implementation, for works above Rs. 1.50 Crores.
