SCH 'A' PART XI (MISC B/R & E/M ITEMS)

(A) INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Material and labour for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with 1.5 sqmm two single core PVC insulated but unsheathed FR cable, 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked with multistranded copper conductor and earth continuity wire with similar 1.5 Sqmm cable (including connecting to earth dolly) drawn through ISI Marked heavy duty rigid PVC concealed conduit with all accessories etc with mild steel sunken box 50 mm deep, 1.6 mm thick with earth dolly duly,concealed in wall and having modular cover plate with frame suitable for modular switch/Sockets/regulators for the following :- (a) One light point controlled by one switch one way.

(b) One fan point controlled by one switch one way.

(c) Socket outlet 05 Amp on same board.

(d ) Socket outlet 05 Amp on independent board.

All as per Sl item No 19 but point wiring with 2.5 Sqmm single core copper cable and earth continuity wire with 2.5 Sqmm single core cable for one three pin 15 Amp socket outlet point on independent board.

Supply & fixing for wall mounted LED 20W CRCA fitting 230 V with extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation and integeral electronic driver connector block etc complete with all accessories internally prewired including neccessary mounting arrangement , provision of new 3 core multistranded copper conductor of size 23/0.193 from ceiling rose to fitting including neccessary LED tube 4FT 20 W complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing highly efficient LED retrofit Lamp 12W used as a ready replacement for existing GLS/CFL all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing 'C' curve MCB single pole & neutral 240 Volts 40 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing 'C' curve MCB SP 240 volt 6 to 30 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.

(B) EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPEinsulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16.0 sq mm 2 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing 'C' curve MCB single pole & neutral 240Volts 32 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

(C) SEWAGE DISPOSAL

RCC Hume pipe septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water , excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, vent shaft , connection etc complete for 10 users complete all as specified and as directed.

(C) LIGHTNING ARRESTOR

Material and labour for earthing for complete with galvanised steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI strip 32x6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of equipments etc at the other end , earth strip encased in and including 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25 x 4 mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe light grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with wire mesh , funnel and earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and CI cover and frame complete all specified and shown in electrical plate No -3 of SSR Pt-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Note :- (a) Rates for Excavation and earthwork in any type of soil/strata, testing on completion, GI strip32x6 mm and 40 mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr from earth plate is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) On testing after completion if less than 5 Ohm earth resistance is not obtained the earthling will be redone at no extra cost.
