Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning HT panel -11 KV, 630A , 25 KA for 3 sec, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 3 wire totally enclosed, prewired, extensible type, indoor type, floor mounted, Horizontal isolation type vacuum circuit breaker (VCB) 630 Amp rating having rupturing capacity Max 25 KA) , Total 3 Nos outgoing feeders suitable to couple (through Bus connection only) with existing HWX switchgear at site . The offered new panels should be designed in such a way that the new panels can be coupled (through bus) with existing HWX type panels without any dummy panel ( there is no space for dummy panel) . The breaker of the new switchgear should be interchangeable with the existing HWX breaker at S/S. IEC 62271/100-200. Equipment installed at SPDC MRS

Following items are required for outgoing feeders -
(a) Panel enclosure - 1 No (b) Mechanical inter lock and automatic safety shutter gear 1 No
(c) Isolating plugs - 6 Nos (d) 11 KV, 630 Amps max 25 KA at VCB -01-No ( comprising of the following:-
(i) Assembly of 3 Nos vacuum interrupters ( The make of the vacuum interrupter should be same as make of VCB), (ii) Hand and motor operated spring charged, independent starting, tripping trip free operating mechanism with manual closing and tripping push buttons. (iii) Mechanical operation counter- 1 Nos (iv) Closing and Tripping coil. -1 no (v) Breaker operated auxiliary switch 6 Nos and 6 N/C (vi) Bus bar chamber including set of 3 phase 630 Amps Almunium or Copper ( Bus Bar material similar to existing HWX switchboard at site) bus bar. - 01 Set. Vendors can visit and confirm the type of bus bar before bid submission. ( r) Temperature sensors ( battery less, wireless suitable to mount directly on live bus bar) for monitoring of bus side ( RYB phase) and cable side ( RYB) temperature on HMI - 6 nos for all three panels only . The temperature sensors should be possible on common HMI to be placed on LT door of any of any one panel. Temperature Sensor Specifications : -
I. Shall be installed on conductors with direct contact to hot point, in order to achieve accuracy of +/- 2°C. II. Shall be self-powered (no auxiliary supply, no battery). III. Shall be able to communicate wirelessly. IV. Shall be approved according to IEC Standard 61010-1, IEC Standard 60068-2-6(SEP1001 - Vibration Test) and IEC 68-2-31 (SEP1002 - Drop Test), IEC 60068-2-27 (Shock Test), IEC 60721-3-3 (Shock Test), and UL Standard 61010-1.
( s) Illumination lamp with Power socket, (t) Master trip relay - 1 no (u) Aux Relays for OTI, WTI, Buchloz relay ( Applicable only on transformer feeder/s having provision for mounting the same in existing transformer) Imp Note -

(iv) The PT mounted on separate trolley behind the breaker trolley is not acceptable. The accessibility of PT behind the breaker trolley is difficult for operator.
