M&L for providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frame work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc complete all as specified and drawings as provided by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming toIS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing /paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws etc complete all as specified and drawings as provided by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F in repairs 12mm thick Pre-laminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination of choice colour fixed in aluminium frame work as in partition complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 4mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) exterior grade (skin thickness 0.25mm) with one core of material of virgin LDPE and coating of kynar 500 resin based PVDF coating (metallic colour) with joint filling silicon weather proofing any colour complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair anodised powder coated aluminium snap grid frame work as in false ceiling including with hangers 6 mm dia, G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long including dismantling of old unserviceable existing ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 8mm thick exposed metal frame ceiling including with calcium silicate tiles of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre suitable for fixing in 595 mm x 595 mm grid (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Gl powder coated Grid False Ceiling with Metallic Ceiling tiles complete including fittings & fixtures including dismantling of old unserviceable existing ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 8mm thick Seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finishing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately), complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for wall paneling with 12 mm thick Plywood, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with screws to timber frame work with 0.9 mm thick Decorative laminate type 1 of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of plain fillet of 2nd class hard wood square, rectangular or triangular in section clean sawn secured with nails or brads sectional area exc. 13 but n. exc. 25 sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating Gl based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of existing unserviceable plain or corrugated steel sheeting from roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel miscellaneous work as in framed work such as barred iron doors, gate etc including pin type hinges, handmade sliding bolt etc with and including hanging complete all as specified & as directed

Supply & fixing rolled section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates of etc. confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality-A, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5 mm thick sheet glass, selected quality and glazing with oil putty / aluminium / wooden beading as per site requirement in square n. exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane in aluminium / wooden doors, windows, ventilators or partition walls, including hacking out old broken glass if any (any thickness, quality & size), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5.5 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n. exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane, including hacking out old broken glass if any (any thickness, quality & size), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm thick figured glass, pin headed type and glazing with oil putty in square n. exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane, including hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, quality & size), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12mm thick toughened glass as in hinged doors, partitions, automatic doors and similar works including cutting to shape, drill holes required as in glazing structure complete all as specified and directed

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door / window / Ceosetory windows & other Frames / Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58- 60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Mild steel hold fast / lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

M&L for providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain coloured flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. Note: Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately

Supply & fixing stainless steel butt hinges of 100 mm size medium weight, cold rolled, including SS screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed, 150mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4 levers mortice lock, vertical type, size 65mm of brass finished complete all as specified and directed

S&F 150mm size Extruded brass handles, fabricated type polished complete all as spd and as directed

S&F in repairs 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board, exterior graded, pre-laminated both side with decorative choice lamination fixed with screws to timber frame work as in Shutter of Cupboards/Kitchen cabinets/ Pelmets including 6mm thick, 1st class HW (Teak wood) beading all around fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 2nd class hard wood as in fillets exc. 3 sqcm and n. exc. 6 Sqcm in section, square or rectangular, clean sawn and fixed with nails, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish, width of flaps (When open) 30mm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair brass polished, 100mm dia cupboard handles fixed with nuts screws and washer of brass polished complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs hasp & staple 100mm size, aluminium anodised, safety type, aluminium anodised, including bolt to hing plate and fixed with screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of brass Locks 4 levers, cupboard, grade I, size 50mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of 150mm ball catches with 8mm dia steel ball and brass body and striking plate including letting in and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 300mm size powder coated aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair of powder coated 300mm aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of powder coated 150mm size aluminium handles, fabricated type, anodised complet all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs of double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F In repair of Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 2, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 701 to 850 mm in width and of weight between 36 to 60 kg complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 150mm Floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, powder coated with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 150mm Floor door stopper of brass body CP and hard drawn steel spring with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs 20mm bore aluminium powder coated curtain rod (Medium weight) (minimum projection from wall 75mm) incluidng with suitable size 02 Nos. brackets & 02 Nos. end tops for each opening fixed in wall including drilling, rawl plug, screws etc and match with complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 20mm thick polished granite marble slabs (of any type) machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement & slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 as in flooring including dismantling of old unserviceable stone flooring and rubbish to be disposed off the premises or as directed, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for non skid ceramic colored tiles 7 to 8mm thick, (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, including dismantling of old unserviceable tiles and rubbish to be disposed off the premises or as directed, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for coloured glazed ceramics tiles 600x300x7to8mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting dado set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering as in backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 with and including triangular filletting in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of old unserviceable tiles and rubbish to be disposed off the premises or as directed, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6, on brick/ PCC block/AAC block walling, surfaces to be finished even & smooth with a thin layer of sagol finish including taking down existing unserviceable plaster and M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paints over and including 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mirror polishing on existing kota stone / marble stone work where ever required to give high glossy finish complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F I.V. Track / Hanger of Aluminium of size 35 x 19.20mm with 15 micron powder coating with wall bracket with suspender rod & 5 point telescope bottle holder complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F cubicle Curtain Track made from heavy Duty Aluminium cubicle track size 20mm wide x 30mm high, made of aluminium natural anodized to 15 microns complete with continuous PVC liner, nylon gliders and hooks, plastic end cap, connecting bridge, overlapping joint connector, wall brackets with matching screws to make up cubicle height to 2100mm clearance from floor level at 1000mm spacing and securely fixed to above slab all strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Solar control film 25 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes exceeding 1.5 sqm each as per manufacturer’s instruction and complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

S & F in repairs stainless steel wirecloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and avarage width of aperature 1.40 mm & fixed with stainless steel wire stapples complete all as specified and as directed.
