The criteria for prior work experience include: * Experience in similar work under a single contract, costing not less than 70% of the estimated amount of the project. * Alternatively, experience in similar works under two contracts, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated amount of the project. * Another option is experience in similar works under three contracts, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated amount of the project. In the case of a Joint Venture (JV), the collectively JV partners should meet the criteria mentioned above, with each JV partner having completed at least one contract costing not less than 30% of the estimated amount of the project. The project manager should have 15 years of experience in executing contracts of a comparable nature, including not less than five years as a manager.
