The required prior work experience for the bidder includes providing outsourced manpower for at least 3 years, as evidenced by an experience certificate and a purchase order. The bidder should have experience in providing manpower on an outsourced basis to Govt/Public Sector Undertakings. The experience can be from a single contract, two contracts, or three contracts. The values and percentages of similar works completed are as follows: - Single contract: 50% of the present contract, with an approximate value of Rs. 2,16,73,517. - Two contracts: each contract should be equal to at least 30% of the present contract, with an approximate value of Rs. 1,30,04,110 per contract. - Three contracts: each contract should be equal to at least 20% of the present contract, with an approximate value of Rs. 86,69,407 per contract. Additionally, the average turnover of the bidder for the last 3 financial years should be not less than 50% of the offered value. The bidder should also be a registered agency under the Contract Labour Act 1970.
