Wages of workmen: Deployment of 01 Facility manager, 9 Nos. of Skilled, 19 Nos. of semi skilled & 28 Nos. of unskilled i.e. Total 57 Nos. of workmen in various shifts including relievers, Contractor to make statutory payments like PF, ESIC, Bonus, Leave Salary etc. Payment of workmen wages to be disbursed by contractor as per CLC (Central) Order Ref. F.No. 1/10(3)/2019-LS-II Dated 29.07.22 (Attached as Annexure-I) for category "Construction or Maintenance of Roads or in Building Operations" Area "A". Minimum per day wages to be paid by contractor would be Rs. 846/- for Skilled, Rs. 770/- for Semi-skilled & Rs. 695/- for Un-skilled workman. Any increase above these minimum wages, in line with Govt. Notifications, will be reimbursed by Corporation at actuals including statutory payment like PF, ESIC, Bonus, Leave Salary etc. The salary of FM will be governed as mentioned in special terms and conditions.
