The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works during the last seven years ending the last day of the month previous to one in which tenders are invited. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar work, which includes demolition/dismantling of residential/commercial/institutional buildings of minimum (G + 1) of any Central Govt./State Govt./PSUs or any Government Institutions, or structural repair work including dismantling/demolition items carried out in a building/structure of minimum (G + 1) of any Central Govt./State Govt./PSUs or any Government Institutions. The similar work requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works, each with a built-up area of not less than 823.00 Sqm. - Two similar completed works, each with a built-up area of not less than 1235.00 Sqm. - One similar completed work with a built-up area of not less than 1647.00 Sqm. The bidder's associate contractor should have completed similar works with a value of not less than 40% of the Estimated Cost Put to tender (₹375.36 Lakh) for three similar works, or not less than 60% of the Estimated Cost Put to tender (₹563.05 Lakh) for two similar works, or not less than 80% of the Estimated Cost Put to tender (₹750.73 Lakh) for one similar work. The value of executed similar works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder needs to submit a list of eligible similar nature works completed, which should include details such as name of work, location, owner, built-up area of building demolished, number of stories of building demolished, and dates of start, stipulated completion, and actual completion. The bidder also needs to provide a certificate of experience of similar works, which should be signed and sealed by an authorized signatory of the client, with a minimum rank of Executive Engineer or Project Manager. In terms of specific values, the earnest money deposit (EMD) is mentioned, which can be partly submitted as a bank guarantee, with 50% of the earnest money or Rs. 20 Lakh (whichever is less) to be deposited, and the balance can be accepted in the form of a bank guarantee. The percentage on the cost of materials and labor to cover all overheads and profits is stated as 15%.
