Details design of Tunnel with scope of work, the deliverable and services including alignment review cross section design, structural design, design review during construction with NATM approach,construction methodology with specific reference to schedule of completion of tunnel, design of all associated works required to complete the Tunnel in all respects. Deliverables and services as a complete job . 1 Payment for this item shall be made according to schedule of payment mentioned in tender document - (i) Submission of Inception Report containing design brief/philosophy and design approach, requirement of Geotech/geophysical investigation as a complete job and acceptance thereon by Railway. (ii) Submission of Pre- Final design as a complete job and acceptance thereon by Railway. (iii) Submission of final design as a complete job and acceptance thereon by Railway. Note: Design of Tunnel is inclusive of Escape Tunnel Nothing Extra will be paid on this account.

Detailed design of Ventilation/E&W system for Tunnels with scope of work, the deliverable and services for ventilation, fire protection, illumination, communication and surveillance and other E & M Systems etc. installation methodology with specific reference to schedule of completion of tunnel. Preparation of BOQ and specifications for procurement and installation contract & design of all associated works required to complete the tunnel ventilation, E & M, safety and surveillance in all respects as per key dates of deliverables and Services as a 2 complete job. Payment for this item shall be made according to schedule of payment as mentioned below:- (a) Submission of Inception Report containing design brief/philosophy and design approach, requirement of ventilation/fire rescue/ Emergency escape as a complete job and acceptance thereon by Railway - 20%. (b) Submission of Final design as a complete job and acceptance thereon by Railway - 60%. (c) Submission of Tender documents/ specifications for supply and installation of E&M Systems for ventilations, emergency rescue safety & surveillance, communication, lighting and other related items as a complete job and acceptance thereon by Railway - 20%.

Supply, installation as per approved drawing, calibration/setting, maintenance, taking reading at regular intervals, maintenance etc. of the following instrument in good working condition from approved supplier 8 for measuring the deformations, loads, pressures etc. on the support in various tunnels and for seepage measurements as directed by Engineer in charge with all contractors men, material and machinery. (H) Supply, testing, Calibration, maintenance of set of readout units compatible to proposed sensor as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge and as per approved method.
