Scope of Work: Offloading of different repair and maintenance work and daily General Checking and rectifica-tion work , demounting and mounting of Engine ,Transmission and Torque Converter as-sembly of CAT 789D 190T Dumpers for a period of 365 day (one year) at NWS Nigahi Project having scope of work as follows- 1. Period: 365 days (a)Repair and Maintenance work and daily general checking and rectification work as per checklist of 29 nos. CAT789D 190T Dumpers fleet. (b)Manpower is required in General, First and Second shifts for performing repair and maintenance work and daily general checking and rectification work. (c)Work is to be performed as per periodic maintenance and schedule maintenance checklist of 29 nos. CAT 789D 190T dumpers. 2. Demounting and mounting of Engine and its related parts of 8 Nos CAT 789D 190T dumpers as and when required within Contract Period. PER JOB COMPLETION WITHIN 6 DAYS. 3. Demounting and mounting of Transmission and its related parts of 10 Nos CAT 789D 190T dumpers as and when required within Contract Period.PER JOB COMPLETION WITHIN 4 DAYS. 4. Demounting and mounting of Torque Converter and its related parts of 10 Nos CAT 789D 190T dumpers as and when required within Contract Period.PER JOB COMPLETION WITHIN 4 DAYS. Note:-Manpower deployed for subjected job as per scope of work consisting of Skilled and Semi skilled manpower should have ITI qualification. Same shall be verified.

Repair and Maintenance work and Daily General Checking and Rectification work as per checklists of CAT 789D 190T dumpers. Maximum likely manpower to be deployed: 06 per shift (02 Nos Skilled fitter ,01 No. Skilled Electrician , Skilled Welder 01No. , Semi Skilled 02Nos. )

Cost/charges for Repair and Maintenance work and Daily General Checking and Rectification work in FIRST SHIFT as per checklists of CAT 789D 190T dumpers including labour charges , contractor profit ,etc. (labour consisting of Skilled fitter, Skilled Electrician and semi skilled Helper manpower)
