Material & Labour for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to UG cable including punning gently all as directed. Note :- Depth after punning shall be measured and paid.

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of PCC poles/ struts complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of pole/stay assembly etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for pedestal/coping around poles, including necessary form work, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm, laid as cable protection cover incl taking down old unsv bricks, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable PCC/Steel poles/struts, of any size, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws, type 410 SP-31 (09 Mtr long) including two coats of bituminous paint internally and externally for the portion embedded in concrete and two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer to external/exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation/PCC will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Supplying & laying, XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed, 10 Sqmm, 2 core, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire heavy duty underground cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor, 1100 volt grade, laid in trenches/duct, passing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete including taking down old unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 12.00 above but cable of size 16 sqmm 4 core.

All as per item No 12.00 above but cable of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core.

Supply & Fix in repair, GI pipe, 40mm bore, light grade, laid below road/fixed along the poles / walls with necessary clamping, etc complete all as per specified and directed.

All as per item No 15.00 above but of size 50 mm bore.

All as per item No 15.00 above but of size 80 mm bore.

Re-stringing of existing LT aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) on over head line of any size on RCC / steel tubular pole by removing of binding wire from insulator and rebinding with aluminium binding wire including fixing of jumpers where necessary complete all as per specified and directed. Note:- Each conductor will be measured separately as one RM for payment.

Dismantling cross-arms of MS channel or angle sections etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Suplying, fabricating & fixing structural mild steel channel, angle, iron, flat iron and brackets etc for fabrications of cross arms, bracings, supports, D-clamps, stiffeners, eye hooks, bolts, pole clamps and back plates including nuts, bolts and washers, welding banding cold, or hot drilling holes for insulators bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repair, PVC junction box, factory made, size 180mmx290mmx110mm (inner dimension) with one No SP MCB of 06 Amp rating, class-B and suitable rating of 32 Amp connector fixed on pole with necessary clamps and bolts etc duly painted with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer including connecting with street light cable including taking down old unserviceable one etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repair, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, 3 core, 1100 volts grade, multistranded, passing through pipe, on pole/wall from junction box to street light fitting, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix heavy duty, non metallic, PVC conduit of 20 mm bore including all fitting such as bends, elbow, coupler lock nut etc, fixed on pole with clamp including taking down old PVC conduit of any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type any size complete from existing position, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour in repair, Pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volt grade including taking down unserviceable insulator, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour in repair, shackle type insulator, porcelain vitreous, white, brown or green, 75 mm height, 90 mm dia for working pressure 1100 volt grade including galvanized mild steel straps, 31 x 3 mm washers, insulator GI bolts of 12 mm dia including taking down unserviceable insulator, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour in repairs earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip of 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part I connected to earth test point using earth strip of 32x6mm as earth lead all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete. Note :- Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions:- [i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 M.[ii]. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways with handles.[iii]. Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr.[iv]. Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore [ISI marked] medium grade & copper lugs, charcoal & salt as reqd.[v]. GI protection pipe of size 40 mm bore light grade 7.5m.
