M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub bases of floors, etc finished the surface even and rough to receive the topping layer etc complete, including demolition of old cement concrete unreinforced in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing demolished material from site to out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graged stone aggregate as in floors etc complete, including demolition of old cement concrete unreinforced in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing demolished material from site to out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab of area not less than 0.30 sqm as in flooring, etc. 20mm - 25mm thick laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab of area not less than 0.30 sqm as in skirting / dado /risers of steps etc 20mm - 25mm thick fixed over & including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from frames) exc. 1.5 sq. m but not exc 4.0 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of Steel rolling shutters with ball bearing, but gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: push pull or manual type complete all as specified in SSR part-I clause 10.23 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick pre-polished Granite slab, machine cut, for floors/ shelves, window cill, dado,steps, jambs and piller top laid over 15mm thick in CM 1:4 cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platforms window cills and other similar situations etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of acrylic distemper over a coat of interior primer and applying birla / J. K. wall care white putty 1 mm thick in two layer for levelling the surfaces incl. preparation of old surfaces of walls etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- The VOC contents of the distemper shall be less than 50 gms per litre. The shade & colour shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm / litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre / 10 sqm including properly making of V shape crakes wherever applicable and filling of all crakes with crakes seal over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10sqm over old surfaces and applying birla / J. K. wall care white putty 1 mm thick in two layer for levelling the surfaces including preparation of surfaces of old decorated walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) with and including WPC @ 3% by weight of cement, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down old cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removel of rubbish off the premises to out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm / litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre / 10 sqm including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10 sqm over new surfaces and applying birla / J. K. wall care white putty 1 mm thick in two layer for levelling the surfaces including preparation of surfaces of new walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down old cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removel of rubbish off the premises to out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coat of acrylic distemper over a coat of interior primer and applying birla / J. K. wall care white putty 1mm thick in two layer for levelling the surfaces incl. preparation of new surfaces of walls etc complete all as specified and directed. M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement & provided with construction joint on the interval not more than 3.0m and filled with bitumen and sand mortar in 1:3, including demolition of old cement concrete unreinforced in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing demolished material from site to out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n.exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stones or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade chemically treated with approved colour, design & pattern as in foothpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light,heavy traffic parking etc. of required strenght, thickness & size / shape, , laid in required colour & pattern over and including 30 to 50 mm thick uniformly levelled surface of stone dust cushioning, , filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra cement, including PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 as in coping all around of size 100 x100 mm thick, including Dismantling old Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry and pointed and removel of rubbish off the premises to out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old roof treatment of any description including demolition of mud phushka, lime, concrete,tiles , cement plaster, padding upto 30cm depth from roof surfaces etc including cleaning, brushing and watering to joints and grooves and throwing the same to a distance exc 250 mtr and n exc 500 mtr from the roof of height 3 to 9 m height etc and applying new water proofing roof treatment to RCC roof with approved modified membrane of weighing not less than 3 kg/sqm and thickness not less than 3.00mm comprising with following items with and including materials and labour as under:- (i) The surface of roof,parpet and gutters drain mouths etc over which water proofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matter such as fungus,mass dust etc by wire brushing and dusting. For cast iron drain outlets a groove shall be cut as specified and directed. (ii) M&L rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with and including water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 kg bag of cement applied over roof slab. (iii) Oil based Bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384-1986 @ 0.3 kgs per sqm to be applied on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (iv) Applying one coat of hot blown grade bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm. (v) Laying of water proofing teratment of weight not less than 3 Kg / sqm and thickness not less than 3.00mm APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane composed of 100 micron (+10% ) high density polyethylene sheet ( HMHDPE) as center core, which is standwiched between high quality polymeric bitumen mix having softening , high heat resistance and cold flexible protected on either side with a thin thermo fusible HMHDPE film with side and laps 75 mm and 100 mm as per manufacture instruction etc. (vi) Applying one coat of hot blown grade bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm over the membrane. (vii) Applying aluminium paint in two coat @ 100 gm/sqm in each coat on finished membrane surfaces complete all as specified and directed at site . (viii) A fillet of PCC (1:2:4) of 100x100mm shall be provided at all junctions of vertical and horizontal surfaces and wherever there is a change of dirction. The membrane should not be taken over at any steep turns and hence all corners/timers should be rounded and including M&L for cutting of grooves at wall all around 65mm deep 10mm wide for APP membrane to be laid in gap as required on site as directed by Engineer In Charge.

M & L for PCC ( 1: 2: 4) type B-0 using (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) etc on roof top as a leveling course / padding to maintain the slope,finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, including demolition of existing PCC etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rotational moulded poly-ethylene multilayer water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top) 500 litres capacity, triple layer in construction white in colour hoisted and fixed in position with and including PVC float valve assembly including assessories with float valve 20mm dia, including dismantaling of old tank with all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc. from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc capacity of tank and reconnecting and refixing in position capacity of tank exc 250 and n.exc 500 ltr complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing 15 mm bore medium grade with all fittings fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, including taking down old 15 mm dia GI tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing 20 mm bore medium grade with all fittings fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, including taking down old 20mm dia GI tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick / concrete/ stone surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L of raised pointing to RR masonary walling brought upto course in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of the old plastered surfaces of existing treatment and applied for water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive excellent dirt pickup resistance with low VOC less than 50, Antifungal/ Anti Algai properties in two coats not less than 1.79 litre(undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer's instruction over and including one coat of exterior primer over on old plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of the new plastered surfaces and applied for water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive excellent dirt pickup resistance with low VOC less than 50, Antifungal/ Anti Algai properties in two coats not less than 1.79 litre(undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer's instruction over and including one coat of exterior primer over on new plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminum pt wiring (light fan, socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, sockets, c/roses, lamp holders, tube light fittings, sketch fittings, wooden boards, bell push, call bell, MCBs & regulators etc & making good to disturbed surfaces & matching with the existing colour of wall/floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for provn of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode, 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below the GL) with top edge not less than 1.5 metres below ground level connected with galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel all as shown in electric plate no 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Note :- (i) The rate quoted shall also deemed to include the cost of GI wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 Mtr beyond the earth plates electrode and also the cost of the Test point. (ii) Joining of GI earth wire with pipe of the test point shall be done by using suitable cable lugs.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core, including taking out of old cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr depth for laying of cable and getting out hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches for protection of the cable etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Returning filling, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus material n. exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 mtr from starting point complete all as specified and directed.
