M&L for 30mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction with block board core & plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide Zinc chromate primer of surfaces over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed

S& F suspended false ceilling comprising of 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement bulding boards of size 595mmx595mm, fixed or laid/inserted to powder coated GI frame work with screws over GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to sourrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fastners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm center to centre including hangers 4mmm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long, including dismantling of any type or ceiling boards in thickness incl cover fillets complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC ( 1: 2: 4) type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) etc on roof top as a leveling course / padding to maintain the slope,and roof kerbs,or mud stops, rounded or chambered on edges etc finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement, including demolition of old PCC in any position and description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing roof treatment to RCC roof with approved modified membrane of thickness not less than 3.00mm thick and weighting not less than 3 kg/ sqm including taking down of old roof treatment of any descreption including mud phuska, lime concrete tiles cement plaster padding upto n exc 20 cm depth from roof surface etc including cleaning brushing and watering to joints and grooves and removing debries to a distance exc 1.5 km complete all as specified and directed. The height of the roof may upto 9.00 m comprising with the following items:- (i)The surface of roof,parpet and gutters drain mouths etc over which water proofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matter such as fungus,mass dust etc by wire brushing and dusting. For cast iron drain outlets a groove shall be cut as specified and directed. (ii)Oil based Bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384-1986 @ 0.3 kgs per sqm to be applied on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (iii)Applying one coat of hot blown grade bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm. (iv)Laying of water proofing treatment of weight not less than 3 Kg / sqm and thickness not less than 3mm APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane composed of 100 micron (±10% ) high density polyethylene sheet ( HMHDPE) as center core, which is standwiched between high quality polymeric bitumen mix having softening , high heat resistance and cold flexible protected on either side with a thin thermo fusible HMHDPE film with side and laps 75 mm and 100 mm as per manufacture instruction etc. (v) Applying one coat of hot blown grade bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm over the membrane. (vi) Applying aluminium paint in two coat @ 100 gm/sqm in each coat on finished membrane surfaces complete all as specified and directed at site .

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) in foundations, filling and mass concrete including demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L in repair for hardwood 2nd coass sectional area exc 15 & n exc 25 sq cm clean sawn battens at 25 cm centre complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair boarding in floor and skirting of hardwood 2nd coass sectional 30 mm thikness planed one side with butt joints and fixed with nails supplied anf fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside the RCC/ PVC water storage tank of capacity not exceeding 500 Ltr of any description and in any position comprising following cleaning and sterilization of water tanks through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/Inchlor-5/NB-10/ TERBAC-G-65/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 AND ULTRA VIOLET RAY. Make: rays Cleantech/ Inus watertech/ satya enterprise. Location: SAA seven stages are as under plants:- (a). First Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. (b). Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 laboratory tested branded chemical of the company ans scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c). Third strage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d). Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is decertification by using TERBAC-G5/ Inohor-5/NB-10 a Govt Laboratory certified brannded halogen compound or E in C approved Equivalent product (e). Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. (f) . Sixth stage is the second bacterio screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tnk and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 or EinC approved equivalent Product. Note:-(i) Company will submit government laboratory test certificate of TERBAC-G5/INCHLOR-5/NB-10, TERBAC-G65/ INOXII-60/NB-69, before cleaning, fix the sticker mentioning the date of cleaning & name of site and also provide certificate confirming the completion of sterilization of water tanks mentioning the name of station and date of cleaning. All the cleaning & sterilization staffs should be under accidental insurance coverage. (ii) Outlet pipe of OHT should be plugged out before cleaning the OHT to avoid entering scales and the same shall be reconnected after cleaning the OHT and the quoted rate is deemed to include for the provision. (iii) Sterilization team will be comprised of at least 30% members who are minimum 03 months certificate holder in water tanks sterilization. (iv) contractor will be responsible for rectification of complaints occurred during cleaning the tank ie. No water in tank/over flow due to broken of float valve/ blockage to be included in quoted rate. Note:-The work shall be carried through specialized agency i.e. Rays Cleantech/ Inus Watertech/ Satya Enterprise.
