Services for daily cleaning of Toilet/ wash rooms (Gents/Ladies), including wash hand basin, urinals, WCs, sinks, water coolers, window/split type AC, desert cooler & fountains etc complete with all fixture by sweeping, scrubbing and brushing by using approved toilet cleaners, Metal/ Plastic/ wooden/ glasss cleaner etc. of all the offices as given in Appdx 'B' by deploying minimum of 01 safaiwala and all as directed by officer-in-charge including all required materials/ T&P as per Appdx 'A' attached

Serives of Mali (Gardener) as described here under to be carried out by minimum deploying of 01 Mali for the area given in Appdx 'B' and all as directed by Officer in Charge :- (i) Sprouting of grass & plant on ground and spreading of organic manure including watering. Cutting of excess grass and branches of trees in shape & its evenly maintenance and removing garbage to near by garbage bin of Municipal depositing point. (ii) Pruning shrubs. (iii) Checking the health of the plant by identifying any pest or diseases and controlling them. (iv) Raising plants from seeds or cutting for developing the branches of plant. (v) Maintaining high level of presentation in office garden and IB (iv) Cleaning and maintenance of tools and equipment. (vii) Digging, planting and weeding flower beeds and border. (viii) Applying nutrients to plants and maintaining required moisture level. (ix) Using machinery such as lawn mowers, rotovator and hedges trimmers etc. (x) Properly adjusting brick edging of hedges in lawns etc.

Services of Multi tasking staff daily at offices by trained computer operators for data entry, updating of file system, operating photocopier, receiving / despatching of dak duly entering in register etc. by deploying minimum of 06 Multi tasking staff per day complete all as specified in particular specifications and as directed by Officer-in-Charge as per Appdx 'B' attached.

Services of Khansama for 24 Hours in MES inspection banglow (IB) by deploying minimum of 01 Khansama for carrying out works as under:- (i) To prepare nutritious and tasty food in a hygienic manner and to maintain utmost cleanliness of the kitchen and their own self. (ii) To submit periodic medical examination. (iii) Help in distribution of the food so that it is served in a pleasing and dignified manner. (iv) To handle the raw material and cooked food in a manner that they will do for their own kitchen at homes. (v) Avoid access of insects, flies and rodents into the kitchen and take appropriate steps as required and directed. Contd/....

(vi) To maintain smokeless environment. (vii) Proper disposal of waste raw material etc. and to collect packing materials like jute sacks, tins, polythene bags etc. (viii) To attend visitors who are acquiring the suits in IB. (ix) Over seeing /inspecting suit before arrival & departure of visitor. (x) Ensuring sanity/ hygine inside suit as well as area of IB. (xi) Reporting to BSO/Offg before one hour of check out of visitors to make rent and allied charges. (xii) Arranging the dry ration and raw ingradients for cooking shall be acquired at his/contractor's expenses and charging reasonable bill mutually agreed by the Officer in Charge for the same & the profit obtained will be of the Khansama. (xiii) Utensils & crockery set required for cooking and serving of food will be provided by contractor as per Appdx 'A' Note :- (a) If Khansama is proceeding on leave. it is the responsibility of contractor to provide substitute for above said duties of Khansama. (b) Khansama will be provided temporary accommadation during contract period only at servant quarter of IB and he will remain present round clock in IB area, electric and water bills generated from that accommodation will be paid by the contractor.
