Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, holders, pendants, regulators, sockets etc complete all as specified as directed.

Taking down carefully, any type of old unserviceable submain wiring with PVC/steel conduit, on surface / concealed or wooden battens etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for point wiring with three layer PVC insulated 1.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 Volts grade drawn into and concealed PVC conduits medium grade not less than 20mm( ISI marked) including all fitting and fixing accessories including 1.25 mm thick sunken pressed steel terminal boxes/Modular metal flush box duly painted with two coats of anti-corrosive paint outside and two coats of aluminium paint inside with and including 3mm thick plastic laminated white sheet cover for mounting normal/modular switches, sockets, fan regulators fixed with CP screws with cup wahsers and PVC insulated 1.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire and making good the disturbed surfaces with cement sand mortar (1:3) to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge for One light Point controlled by one switch. (Notes:- (i) Cost for cutting chases and concealing the conduit pipe in existing wall is deemed to be included in quoted item rate. (ii) On ceiling of the roof, Conduit will be fixed on surface only.)
