Thermal insulation should be easy to install with the help of water proof bostik / fevicol SR 505 Adhesive. on the walls of the auditorium using GI frame work of 48mm GI Studs using 0.55mm thick and stud channels at 610mm x 610mm, 0.5mm thick, fixed with MS angle cleats 1220x610mm centers to wall by using metal fasteners, backed with 24 SWG x 12.5mm GI Chicken Wire Mesh with air gap a minimum of 50mm on back side, as per detailed drawing. The frame work to be filled with 50 mm thick mikroninsulation synthetic wool having the density of 1000 GSM to achieve the 1.0 NRC value Then 8 mm perforated Boiling Water Proof, FR is Born Tough HDF Board density is above 1000 kg/m3 Borer Proof and Termite proof board will be screwed on G.I. frame. Finally 9mm thick pet panels will be paste on 8 mm perforated board with the help of water proof bostik / fevicol SR 505 Adhesive.

Finally streched fabric will tucked into the gripper strips teeth and a tool stretch it tightly before fastening. this creates a smooth wrinkle free surface finish, using UPVC grippers fixed to 8 mm perforated Boiling Water Proof, FR is Born Tough HDF Board density is above 1000 kg/m3 Borer Proof and Termite proof board .
