Complete Hydrotesting of LPG Liquid and Vapour Pipeline(s) of sizes (in inches) as given below with lengths mentioned including depressurization of line, disconnection of flanges, gaskets, studs, bolts, and reconnection after hydrotesting. Placing blinds in at valves and flanges to perform hydrotest work in parts. Water filling and hydrotesting at 30 Kg/CM2 for 30 minutes using vendor supplied hydrotesting pump. Complete water draining and air blowing, commissioning after purging with LPG Vapour. 10-15% of the pipelines are at a height of 5-7m and thus scaffoling and all safety arrangements to be made to work at height. All material required for testing, i.e., suitable pressure gauges of appropriate range/s, hydraulic pumps/machines, blinds etc. to be arranged by concerned vendor only. WITNESSING OF HYDROTEST BY PESO APPROVED COMPETENT PERSON AND SUBMISSION OF REPORTS AND RELEVANT TEST CERTIFICATES DULY SIGNED IS ALSO INCLUDED IN THIS. Other details are as per scope of work. Pipeline length/s given below may vary as per actual and payment will be made for actual length of testing done.

Supply of Electrically operated water pump along with flameproof electrical motor, flameproof started and Calibrated pressure gauge for conducting hydrotest of pipelines.
