M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work finished even and fair in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber framed in fillets, rails, posts rafters, purlines, etc under 40 sq cm in section all as directed.

M&L for second class Hardwood plain filllets, rectangular in section, clean swan, secured with nails exc 13 and n.exc 25 Sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12mm width teak wood lipping 6 mm thick for Patical board/block board complete fix with nail complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness ( below or above gd level).Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing, serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5mm gradedstone aggregate) as in levelling course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tile 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) are of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18Sqm , in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick CM 1:4 screed bed for laying floor all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item above but as in skirting over rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3.

M&L for light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular),polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors over 15 mm thick screed bed of CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item above but as in skirting over rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3.

M&L for white glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300X200X7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 and pointed in white to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tile 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set and jointed over 20 mm screed bed in CM 1:4 and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey pigment cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60mm thick interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade as approved by GE laid in flooring and joints filled/broomed with fine sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base coarse complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1(20 mm graded stone agg) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, kerbs , and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and directed.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 1,03,250.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
