The required prior work experience for the bidder involves the calculation of Available Bid Capacity (ABC), which is based on the maximum value of all Civil Engineering works in any one year during the last 5 financial years, updated to the current price level with enhancement factors. The bidder should submit details of ongoing works and calculate the ABC using the formula: ABC = 2.5 x A x N - B, where A is the maximum value of all Civil Engineering works in any one year during the last 5 financial years, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of work, and B is the value of the balance ongoing works to be executed in period N. The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed similar works with any Govt agencies/PSU/Municipal Corporation/local Govt bodies. The similar work is "Supply / laying of Precast Interlocking Cement Concrete Paving Blocks". The requirements for similar works completed are as follows: - Three similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work - Two similar works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work Substantially completed works are those that are 90% completed on the date of submission. The bidder should submit details of completed or substantially completed works in the last seven years and the current financial year, along with supporting documents.
