The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of working on projects with a value of at least Rs. 4.34 Crore and a sum total of payments received or construction works undertaken exceeding Rs. 65.03 Crore over the past 5 financial years. The bidder should have completed at least one similar work with a cost of not less than 35% of the estimated cost, which is Rs 30.35 Crore. For normal Highway projects, the bidder should have completed at least either of the following: (1) Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs 21.68 Crore, which is 25% of the estimated cost, or (2) One similar completed work costing not less than Rs 30.35 Crore, which is 35% of the estimated cost. The value of similar works completed should be at least Rs 30.35 Crore, which is 35% of the estimated cost. The percentage of similar works completed is 90% of the value of work. Additionally, for Major Bridge/ROB/Flyover projects, the bidder should have completed at least one similar project with specific span and length requirements. In case of tunnels, the bidder should have completed construction of at least one tunnel with specific cross-sectional area and length requirements. For stand-alone specialized projects, the bidder should have completed at least two similar completed works with a length not less than 25% each of the cost of the Major Bridges/ROB/Flyovers. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in construction of Eligible projects, with a sum total of payments received or construction works executed, of more than Rs. 65.03 Crore.
